• 位置情報 — 現在地を起点に近くの歴史スポットを表示するために使用します。ナビゲーション中はバックグラウンドでも取得します。位置情報はデバイス上でのみ処理され、外部サーバーに送信されません。
• 広告識別子（IDFA） — Google AdMob による広告配信のために使用されます。App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の許可を求めた上で取得します。

収集した位置情報はデバイス上でのみ利用し、外部サーバーには保存しません。広告識別子の管理はGoogle AdMobに委託しています。

サブスクリプションの購入・決済情報はすべてApple（App Store）を通じて処理されます。本アプリはお客様の支払い情報やクレジットカード情報を取得・保存することはありません。

• 位置情報の取得は、デバイスの設定からいつでも停止できます。
• 広告識別子のリセットや追跡の制限は、デバイスのプライバシー設定から行えます。
• サブスクリプションの確認・解約は、App Storeの「設定」>「サブスクリプション」からいつでも管理できます。

本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としたサービスではありません。13歳未満の方からの情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

Information We Collect

• Location Data — Used to display nearby historic sites based on your current location. During navigation, location is also collected in the background. Location data is processed on-device only and is not sent to external servers.
• Advertising Identifier (IDFA) — Used for ad delivery through Google AdMob. We request your permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT) before collecting this identifier.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for any purposes other than those described above.

Data Storage

Location data is used only on your device and is not stored on external servers. Management of advertising identifiers is handled by Google AdMob.

Subscription purchases and payment processing are handled entirely through Apple (App Store). The App does not collect or store your payment information or credit card details.

Your Rights

• You can stop location data collection at any time through your device settings.
• You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > Subscriptions on your device.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA): Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. Since location data is processed on-device only and not stored on our servers, there is no personal data held by us to delete. Ad-related consent can be managed through the consent dialog presented on first launch or by contacting us.

For users in California (USA): Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion. As stated above, location data stays on your device. You may opt out of ad tracking via your device's privacy settings.

International Users

The App is available worldwide. Your data is processed on your device and, where applicable, through the third-party services listed above. By using the App, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this policy regardless of your country of residence.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
